ask for quotes on art with deadlines or art that will be used commercially!

★ a. my rights ★
i may refuse service to anyone i choose.
you may not remove my signature, claim my art as your own, trace my art, or make similar adjustments/copies!
under no circumstances are you allowed to have another artist alter, finish, or change the piece i have made for you. if you want me to alter lineart or colors, please notify me. i am the only one who is allowed to edit my art. the only edit the buyer may make is adding a watermark.
if you change a character's design while i am drawing it, you must let me know before i finish the drawing. if the drawing is completely finished before you inform me of the changes, i am not required to add the changes (though i still might be able to if they are small changes, just ask!)
if you would like me to make any major changes to a character, inform me before you commission.
please keep references digital and unshaded.
i may post the art i made for clients on my socials/websites if not stated otherwise by the commissioner. the commissioner will be always properly credited!
please don't post my art on amino (especially unwatermarked), a lot of art theft happens there :(
my art may not be used for hate speech or bigoted content of any kind, f★ck off <3
i am allowed to change my t.o.s at any time and all commissioners and viewers are required to abide by it.

my art is not to be used for commercial use unless specified.
depending on the product, i may receive either a percentage or a set value.
if my art is used for profit, i must be properly credited in the description of the item by my carrd being linked.

proshippers, fiction /= reality, other similar content
the creation of ai images (especially if you consider it art)
copying/stealing/tracing/etc others' art without permission
i'm really not that strict, if you're a good person you're probably fine lol

i won't draw:
humans/humanoids
mechas (depends on character, ask)
in a different style other than my own (other people's styles, show styles, etc.)
anything on my dni list
nsfw (as of right now, but i plan on opening up nsfw comms in the future!)

it may take me quite a bit of time to reply (especially on weekdays) so please be patient!
please try at least one high quality and unshaded image for me work with!
after i finish the sketch, i will send it over (highly watermarked) to confirm you like the design. after that, you will be messaged again once the final piece is finished!
★ f. artistic liberties ★
if you have any specific requirements or requests for what you want the final product to look like, please let me know before i start the commission or when i send over the sketch!
if you do not specify things like poses or expressions, i will choose them for you. if this is important to you, please make sure you let me know!
★ g. payment ★
i only accept usd through paypal or venmo.
please do not try to pay me with exposure :(
you will be expected to pay 50% upfront. after i finish, you will be sent a heavily watermarked image and after sending the other 50% you will be sent the unwatermarked image!
if you would like, i can send you progress reports, but you must remember that i also have a personal life and may take a few hours to respond.
if you file a chargeback, you will be asked to respond to me immediately. if you do not respond within 24 hours claiming it was a mistake or there was a good reason, i will contact venmo//paypal immediately to dispute it. you will be blocked as soon as i get my money back, publicly blacklisted, and i will warn other artists of you.
i do not offer refunds. by ordering, you confirm that you are over the age of 13 and the money used to purchase belongs to you. if you are an adult and your child uses your money, there's nothing i can do. if you chargeback, i will continue to contact venmo//paypal. i will not bend my refund policy.
